An easy to reach meeting room

You will have at your disposal a private room of 35 square meters, in a hotel near the Florence train station.

For both you and the attendees, it will be super easy to get to the event.
We are 400 meters from the station. If you arrive by train by bus, you will only have to cross the street and walk for 2 minutes to reach us.

If you come by car, the hotel collaborates with the Garage San' Antonino. It is possible to go directly to the Garage and inform them that you are a guest there.Atlantic Palace to have a guaranteed space even if the garage is full or park in front of the hotel and wait for a garage employee, always knowing that the reserved loading and unloading space is not always available.

The garage is located in the Limited Traffic Zone and will download the license plate on the portal of the municipality of Florence upon your arrival. There is no need to communicate the license plate first

The garage has both daily and hourly rates. And above all they always have a place for our guests. You don't even have to book it in advance.

We have a parking space right in front of the hotel.
We will help you download the material and arrange everything in the Atlantic Room which is located on the ground floor.

The room is illuminated with natural light.

You will finish the meeting or class without the classic headaches and puffy eyes due to dark spaces and with only artificial light, as happens in most other rooms.

We can organize coffee breaks or small refreshments.
Just outside the room there is a large and elegant hall where you can sip a fresh coffee from our bar.
